5. Shipping & Delivery

As stated in Section 2.1, we ship only to the eight listed countries.

· Delivery estimates: 5–25 business days depending on destination

· These are estimates only. We are not liable for carrier delays, customs delays, or natural events.



5.3 Risk of Loss


Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after the carrier receives them.

6. Returns & Refunds (No Physical Returns)


6.1 No Physical Returns


We do not accept physical returns. You keep the item. Do not send anything back to us.


6.2 Partial Refunds Only


For valid claims (damage, wrong item, defect, missing accessory, or significant delay), we offer partial refunds as follows:

6.3 How to Request

· Provide: Order number + clear photo/video evidence(including unboxing video)

· We respond within 2 - 5 business days


6.4 Your Acceptance Required


We will issue the partial refund only after you reply accepting the proposed amount. Once accepted, you waive all further claims related to that issue.


6.5 Full Refunds (Rare)


In extreme cases (completely wrong item or non-functional product), we may offer a 100% refund without return at our sole discretion.


6.6 FTC Mail Order Rule Compliance


For U.S. customers, we comply with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435):


· If we cannot ship within the promised time (or within 30 days if no time was stated), we will notify you, provide a revised shipping date, and offer cancellation for a full refund.

· If delay exceeds 30 days and we do not obtain your express consent, your order will be cancelled with a full refund.

· Refunds under the Rule are issued within 7 working days (non-credit payments) or one billing cycle (credit cards).

No refund of any kind will be issued for:


· Buyer's remorse (changed mind)


· Size/fit issues (size charts provided)


· Claims made after 14 days of delivery


· Issues without photo/video evidence(unboxing video)

· Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the total amount you paid for that order.

· We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, data loss, or personal injury).

9.2 Unauthorized Chargebacks


If you file a chargeback without first contacting us and without accepting a reasonable partial refund offer, we reserve the right to:

You acknowledge that zixxora is operated from India. However, by agreeing to these terms, you agree that Delaware (USA) law governs your purchase, not Indian law.


10.3 No European Consumer Protections


Because we do not sell to European countries, the European Union's Consumer Rights Directive (including the 14-day withdrawal right) does not apply to any transaction under these Terms.


10.4 Dispute Resolution


Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Wilmington, Delaware. You may also bring claims in small claims court in your jurisdiction if the claim qualifies.

You agree to resolve any dispute on an individual basis only. You waive the right to bring or participate in any class action, class arbitration, or representative action.
