1. No Physical Returns Accepted
We do not accept physical returns of any product. Due to our shipping,we are unable to receive returned items at any warehouse.
2. Partial Refund Only Policy
Instead of returns, we offer partial refunds for valid issues. You keep the item, and we refund a portion of your payment.
3. Eligible Issues for Partial Refund

4. How to Request a Partial Refund
· Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
· Provide: Order number + clear photo/video of the issue with unboxing video(necessity).
· We will respond within 2 - 5 business days with a proposed refund amount.
5. Agreement Required
We will only issue the partial refund after you reply confirming acceptance of the proposed amount.
6. No Full Refund Without Return
We do not offer full refunds without return. If you do not accept a partial refund, no refund will be issued.
7. Chargeback Protection Notice
If you file a chargeback without contacting us first, we will dispute it with evidence of our partial refund offer. Please contact us before disputing.

Section 12 – Returns, Refunds, and Dispute Resolution
12.1 Geographic Limitation
This policy applies only to customers located in countries outside of Europe (including but not limited to: USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong SAR, India, and other non-European nations). European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA) countries are excluded from this policy. Customers from European countries are not eligible to purchase from this store.
12.2 No Return Shipping
The buyer agrees that no physical return of goods is required or permitted under this agreement. The seller does not provide any return address, and any items shipped back by the buyer will be refused or discarded at the buyer’s expense and risk.
12.3 Partial Refund as Sole Remedy
For any valid claim of defect, damage, wrong item, or delay, the buyer’s sole remedy is a partial refund as determined by the seller. The buyer keeps the product. The seller may, at its sole discretion, offer a full refund (without return) in extreme cases.
12.4 Evidence Requirement
The buyer must provide clear photo or video evidence of the claimed issue including unboxing clips. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence voids the claim.
12.5 Acceptance of Refund Offer
The buyer must explicitly accept the seller’s proposed partial refund in writing (email or chat) before any refund is processed. Once accepted, the buyer waives all further claims related to that order.
12.6 Time Limit
All claims must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery confirmation. Claims after this period are automatically void.
12.7 No Guarantee of Approval
The seller reserves the right to deny any refund request if the issue is minor, unverified, or outside policy scope.
12.8 Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of India, not by the laws of the buyer’s country (including the USA or any other non-European nation).
12.9 Acknowledgment
By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this no-return, partial-refund-only policy.
